With Txt B2B approaches the New Market
TXT e-solutions SpA, a company founded in 1989 and specializes in IT solutions for electronic commerce between companies, is preparing for listing on the New Market and so began a new project of internationalization. Launched on the occasion of the last extraordinary meeting, a capital increase up to a maximum of 500,000 new ordinary shares with a nominal value of Euro 0.5, TXT will now focus on strengthening its international presence. Cambridge (Massachusetts) is the first step in an investment project which foresees the opening of “TXT Hub” in the world and research centers TXT Agora between Italy and Europe. The Hub will initially open in Europe and the United States, and will provide technological and commercial principals of the company. TXT builds and provides companies with products and original solutions for e-business and supply chain management and relationships with clients (SC & CM-Supply Chain & Customer Management) through these subsidiaries may propose their own offer, and ensure its advice and assistance, for a global market, according to leading research institutes, to achieve a turnover of 24 billion dollars by end 2000 (Source: AMR, gennaio2000).
